Problem in assignment of terminal id to zombie and having status "expired" under manage devices and prompts "cant assign already assigned or in process"

The ATM had dual nic card in which the macid and terminal id for zombie is different -The solution is to check if update mac-id payload went down and both macid and termianalid are same.
